Free shipping for USA residents only. Outside USA you need to contact us before placing your order.
Shipping back of defective items or items under warranty are shipped to us at Customers expense and we will pay shipping to send item back to customer. Items out of warranty Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Returns:
All sales are final.
NOTE: ALL RETURNS ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT! Returns are allowed on defective merchandise and will be replaced with new item. If item has been discontinued a similar item will be shipped in its place.
SOFTWARE: Software is NOT returnable.

Warranty:
Most all items for sale on our website are standard 1 year manufactuer warranty. ALL SAM4s and Samsung ECR (cash registers) are 90 days from date of purchase. If your item is under warranty, please contact vendor of your product first for faster results. Cancellations:
Cancellation of orders will be charged a $25 restocking charge per item.
